Our project involved designing, obtaining permits, and managing the construction of a property located at a road bend. To enhance its uniqueness, we rotated the front facade by ten degrees while keeping the building parallel to its sides. A distinctive feature is a covered deck on the first floor for outdoor activities, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces. This design choice, along with the rotation of the front facade, gives the house a unique character while maintaining harmony with neighboring views. Our approach not only adds individuality to the neighborhood but also offers versatile living spaces, enhancing the overall appeal and functionality of the property.
