It was possible to build a very customized house by adding one floor to the detached garage and connecting it to the main building with additions to other parts of the building. The children were grown up and wanted to keep the existing spaces and grow the house in accordance with their needs. Although the family liked living there, the house's look needed to be changed from contemporary to modern.
This side split house was designed to accommodate all family members, including pets. All family members love the final design.
