This Garden Suite project introduces a modern, three-level residential dwelling located in the rear yard of an existing home. With its own private entrance and full separation from the main residence, the suite exemplifies Toronto’s vision for innovative, flexible housing solutions within established neighbourhoods. The design features a basement, main floor, and second floor, maximizing livable space on a compact footprint. Inside, the suite accommodates four bedrooms and five bathrooms, making it ideal for extended families, multi-generational households, or long-term rental opportunities. Architectural emphasis is placed on creating a functional yet refined living environment. Spacious interiors, thoughtful layouts, and contemporary finishes provide both comfort and privacy, while the independent access ensures full autonomy from the primary residence. This project showcases how garden suites can enhance urban density, expand housing options, and support sustainable city-building, all while respecting the character and scale of Toronto’s residential communities.
