In this house renovation project, we prioritized both simplicity and professionalism. We designed a separate entrance for the basement and replaced the carport with a covered garage, transforming the basement into a standalone rental unit. With a modest 170 square feet, we expanded the main entrance, introducing warm flooring, a spacious closet, and a convenient powder room—creating a welcoming atmosphere.
A semi-circular ceiling over the kitchen entrance not only concealed the second-floor stairs but also added an aesthetic touch to this part of the house.
The introduction of two long windows, offering delightful views of the backyard garden, enhanced the allure of the kitchen backsplash.
To elevate the living and dining areas, we installed a fireplace within a thoughtfully designed wall, infusing the space with both warmth and beauty.
